As our candles are handmade and crafted in small batches, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind.
However, if your order arrives damaged in transit, please know we truly want to make it right!
If this happens, please send us a message via the website chat box within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. From there, we’ll happily arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
As each candle is poured by hand, slight variations in colour or finish may occur — this is part of what makes every piece unique.
