All of our candles are handmade in small batches. Because of this, slight variations in colour, finish, or scent strength may occur. These natural differences are part of the charm of handmade products.

We make every effort to display our products and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will reflect colours exactly.


Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and shipped.


Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including if we suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.

If we need to cancel your order, you will be notified and refunded in full.


Shipping & Delivery

We ship within Australia only via Australia Post (standard shipping). Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided.

We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or for parcels marked as delivered by the courier.

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout.


Returns & Damages

Due to the nature of handmade candles, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us via the website chat box within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damage. We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Limitation of Liability

Our candles must be used responsibly and in accordance with safe candle practices. We are not liable for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from misuse of our products.

Always burn candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface and never leave them unattended.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on the website.
