We currently ship within Australia only.

All orders are handmade and carefully packed with love. Orders are usually fulfilled within 2 business days. Please allow additional processing time during new candle collection launches or promotional periods.

We ship all parcels via Australia Post using standard shipping. At this time, we do not offer express shipping.

Once your order has been fulfilled and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details, so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and are determined by Australia Post. Please note that once your parcel has been lodged with Australia Post, we are not responsible for shipping delays.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched.
